Can you believe this is the last holothon post?
And a planned one!

Per quest'ultimo post ho optato per il Pupa Holographic Nail Polish numero 35, alias Holographic Violet.
Questo linear della casa milanese ha un punto di colore che adoro, un'asciugatura rapidissima, una buona durata, può essere steso sopra una base (più o meno sopra qualsiasi tipo di base) e i top coat con i quali l'ho provato hanno lasciato inalterato l'effetto olografico.
Qui lo vedrete senza TC, però.

For this last post I've chosen Pupa Holographic Nail Polish number 35, a.k.a. Holographic Violet.
This italian linear has a gorgeous colour, a super quick drying time, can be used over a base coat (almost any kind of base coat) and with almost any top coat.
Here it is without TC, though.

E ora, è tempo di comparazioni.
Con il forse più famoso Ultra Violet, il 04 della linea Hologram Effect di Layla.

Beh, insomma, era un po' della serie "ti piace vincere facile?" ma, per onor di cronaca, vi dico che il Layla era unicamente sull'anulare.
Differenze, ce ne sono, come avrete visto: il Pupa è leggermente più scuro e decisamente meno potente ma ha anche una durata maggiore e interagisce positivamente con base/top coat.
Io comunque rimango più affezionata al Layla, per principio (insieme al 07 Ocean Rush è stato il mio primo olografico di sempre).
E con questo siamo giunti alla fine di quest'avventura olografica, grazie di cuore per essere stati in nostra compagnia.
Ma non crediate che sia finita qui!
C'è qualcosa che bolle in pentola... e vi aspetto domenica per scoprire di cosa si tratta!

Well, it was an easy one but I have to say that the Layla one was just on the ring finger nail.
Clearly, there are some differences between these polishes: Pupa is slightly darker and way less "powerful" than the Layla one but it works better with base/top coats and lasts much more.
I still prefer the Layla one, also because it was my very first holographic nail polish (with its "brother" 07 Ocean Rush).
And this is the end of this holographic adventure, thank you for your support and company.
But don't worry, this is not the end of our twinsie posts because something is going to start soon... and I wait you here on Sunday, to see what I'm talking about!

This (13th) Friday, for the 13th Holothon post, I'm going to show you...

...il Layla Hologram Effect numero 13 (tanto per restare in tema), il Purple Illusion.
Purple che io vedo magenta, ma poco importa.

Purple which, for me, is much more magenta than purple, but that's not the point.

Beh, al solito, come la seconda linea (09-16) di Hologram Effect, ha una durata "buona" per essere un olografico, asciugatura in 30 secondi ed effetto *wow*.

As the other lacquers from the second part of the Hologram Effect collection (09-16), it lasts nicely, to be an holo one, dries in 30 seconds and has a *wow* effect.

HOLOTHON - Layla Hologram Effect 12 Red Taboo

Ergo, holothon!
E cosa avrò in serbo quest'oggi per voi?

Holothon time, again! 
Indeed, we are on Friday, finally.
And what polish have I chose for today?

Sì, un'altro Layla Hologram Effect.
Questa volta si tratta del numero 12, chiamato Red Taboo.
Ma non fatevi ingannare.
Non è un rosso ma un fuschia bello intenso.
E, questa volta, non mi sono proprio riuscita a trattenere e ho preparato quelle millemila foto.

Yup, another Layla Hologram Effect one.
This time is the number 12, called Red Taboo.
But don't be fooled.
This is not "red".
It's a hot hot hot pink.

E adesso, via alla "sezione speciale".
Ovvero, in ordine, foto: all'ombra, con luce artificiale e con flash.

And now, let's start with the "special pictures".
Up to down, in the shades, with artificial lights and with flash.

Ok, ora la parte tecnica.
Stesura non troppo difficile (l'ho trovato un pelino più liquidi degli altri della gamma), durata in linea con la seconda tranche di olografici Layla e asciugatura razzo, come tutti gli olografici in mio possesso.
Questo smalto ve lo sconsiglio se dovete guidare in una giornata assolata, rischiereste di fissarvi continuamente le unghie piuttosto che la strada (parlo per esperienza, mica pipperi, eh!).
Va bene, questa volta è stata breve ma intensa.

Io torno con un nuovo post programmato per domenica e, beh, per una volta vi consiglio di non perdervelo, avrò un sacco di (in)utili informazioni su come (non) evitare di spendere e un haul... enorme!

Ok, now technical infos.
Easy to apply (this one is a bit more liquid than the other hologram effect nail polishes), lasts not too bad (I've reached 3-4 days, for this kind of holo it is eternity, sort of-) and super quick drying time, as my other holos.
I recommend not to wear this polish if you have to drive on a sunny day, because you might watch all the way your nails instead of the road (and I do, doh!).

Yup, it is Friday.
Finally.
So... does this ring a bell?
Holothon, obviously!!!

La mia scelta per quest'oggi è stato, tanto per cambiare, un Hologram Effect di Layla e, nello specifico, il numero 14, alias Cloudy Violet.
Della seconda serie, lui è il mio preferito!
Anche se ho notato che per molte di voi questo ruolo fosse ricoperto dal numero 15 Misty Blush.
Questo è simile ma più viola, meno ibrido :)
Come tutta la seconda serie, ha una durata maggiore rispetto ai primi usciti (nonostante continui a non essere eccelsa) ma, a mio parere, è come se fosse leggermente meno olografico...
Sì, continua ad essere un portento ma è meno "mostro sacro"...
Vi lascio alle numerose foto dello swatch, specificando fin da ora che l'ultima foto è sotto luci artificiali:

My pick for today is Layla Hologram Effect 14 Cloudy Violet.
From the second series of Hologram Effect (nn. 09-16) this is my favourite one (many of you told me that their favourite one is the 15 Misty Blush, though).
This lasts more than the first 8 nail polishes but the lasting is still a bit... weak (a couple of day before tip wear shows up). And IMHO the second series is a bit less... holo!
Well, it still is but just less than the nn. 01-08!

Fanciulle che mi avete detto che il 15 era il vostro preferito, che ne pensate ora, dopo aver visto il 14?
Vi lascio dicendovi che in allegato con Donna Moderna potrete trovare 4 nuance di smalto Layla Ceramic Effect, i colori sono 45 Rosso Hollywood, 66 Blu Denim, 82 Azzurro Cielo e 83 Azzurro Tiffany.

You can choose between the numbers 45 (Hollywood Red), 66 (Denim Blue), 82 (Sky Blue) and 83 (Tiffany Green).

Io lo vedo più un beige/marrone/bronzo chiaro ma giudicate voi stessi:
