Oggi voglio mostrarvi un Maybelline Color Show che era in allegato con una rivista, un po' di tempo fa.

Today I want to show you a Maybelline Color Show which I've found with a magazine sometime ago.

Lui è il numero 317, alias So Chic Pink. E' un ciclamino scuro, un po' noioso e abbastanza "Barbie".

This is number 317 a.k.a. So Chic Pink, a dark cyclamen, a bit boring and much "Barbie".

La seconda immagine mostra il colore esatto di sera con luce artificiale, dentro casa.
Lo dico: non mi fa impazzire, il colore. Ma non avevo nulla di questo esatto punto di colore.
La stesura è abbastanza agevole, un po' scomodo il fatto che il tappo sia così grande (tipo i Catrice, per intenderci, giusto un po' più piccolo).
Mi ricordo un'asciugatura rapida ma non posso esprimermi sulla durata, per ora.
Voi che ne pensate?

The second photo show the actual colour in the inside under artificial light on evening.
I have to say that I don't like much the colour. But I didn't have anything exactly like it.
The application was good, despite the too big cap (almost big as Catrice's, to say).
I remember a quick drying time but I cannot say a word about lasting, for now.

Maybelline Forever Strong PRO numero 800 e con doppio nome inglese e francese: Couture Grey/Gris Couture.
E' perfettamente grigio... e io adoro il grigio!
E, per di più è shimmer!
Guardate un po' qua:

Ok, come potete notare è DAVVERO una giornata grigia, il sole non si vede da un po'...
Per cui, per mostrarvi meglio lo shimmer, ho acceso il flash:

So, to show you the shimmer, I've put ON the flash:

E' o non è stupendoloso?
La durata è davvero buona (5 giorni con un leggero tipwear sono più che buoni, secondo me), l'asciugatura è rapida e, per quanto riguarda la stesura, è incluso un folto pennello leggermente stondato e bello lungo. Personalmente, preferisco quelli più fini ma non è niente male.
Che ne dite?
Ci leggiamo domani, vi aspetta una sorpresa!

It is gorgeous, isn't it?
It has a nice lasting (5 days with a slightly tip wear isn't that bad), good drying time and the application is good, despite the brush was a bit larger than what I like.

Un topper che rende lo smalto sottostante olografico :)
Ecco come si presenta senza base colorate in (da sinistra verso destra) 4 mani, 3, 2 e 1 sola:

Non fa molto spessore e credo che con 4-5 mani sia davvero carino anche da solo! ^^
Ed ecco come si presenta sopra una base bianca, una nera, una rossa (Revlon 680 Revlon Red) e una arancione (Essence Snow White TE 03 Doc):

It's very thin so you might wear it alone in 4-5 coats and it is pretty cute, in my opinion ^^
And here's how it looks over a white base, a black one, a red one (Revlon 680 Revlon Red) and an orange one (Essence Snow White TE 03 Doc):

Al solito, sotto, trovate lo smalto senza base colorata, come prima cosa.
4 mani sull'indice, 3 sul medio, 2 sull'anulare e 1 sul mignolo:

La cosa positiva di questo topper è che è estremamente leggero, non fa gran spessore.
Per cui, anche 4 passate, non da' l'effetto "unghia gel".
Eccolo sopra le basi di questo mese:
• Base bianca;
• Base nera;
• Revlon 680 Revlon Red;
• Essence Snow White TE 03 Doc.

I have to say that it's a very light nail polish, even with 4 coats it seems to have just 1 coat of it!

Here it is, over this month's base colours:

Di seguito, invece, sopra le basi blu/verdi:

Il primo topper (dovrebbero essercene 3 in tutto, salvo disguidi) per questo maggio Holy Holo!

Today I have the first topper (they should be 3, in this month) for this Holy Holo May!

Essence nail art special effect! topper nr.11 disco disco, topper non più in collezione permanente (anche se potreste trovare qualche rimasuglio sugli scaffali come spesso capita con questo brand) è composto da maxi-midi-mini-micro glitter rotondi e glitter quadrati tutti argentati e olografici in una base trasparente.
Eccolo steso senza base colorata (da sinistra verso destra 4 mani, 3, 2 e 1 mano):

It doesn't belong to the permanent collection anymore (you could find it on shelves though, I've recently seen it on the display, as often happens with this brand).
It has micro-mini-midi-maxi round glitters and square silver holographic glitters in a clear base.
Here it is, without a colour base (L-R: 4-3-2 coats and 1 coat):

Nelle immagini con basi colorate, invece, trovate una mano di base e una di topper.
Per tutto il mese, quando si tratterà di topper, troverete sempre queste basi, ovvero una mano "neutra" (base bianca e base nera) più due basi di colori caldi e una mano con quattro basi di colori freddi ^^
Nella foto seguente trovate, da sinistra verso destra:
• base bianca;
• base nera;
• Revlon 680 Revlon Red;
• Essence Snow White TE 03 Doc.

In the photo with the coloured bases I used 1 coat of the base plus 1 coat of topper.
For all this month I've used the same colour bases, eight in total.

Come da titolo, Maybelline Forever Strong PRO 610 Ceramic Blue - Bleu Céramique!
Una sorta di color plumbago che, manco a dirlo, adoro!
Ha un intenso shimmer azzurro (ingigantite l'ultima immagine clickandoci sopra, si nota poco, in foto, sulle unghie, ma guardate come risalta in boccetta!) ^^

A dusty baby blue with a huge blue shimmer nail polish which I really love!

Dopo tanto tempo, ho fatto una giornata di shopping e ora sono stanchissima! XD

Today I did some shopping and now I am really tired! XD
So, no more words, let's start!

Maybelline Express Finish 40" numero 869 Exotic Violet.
Prezzo intero? Fra i 7,50 e 9,50€. Io l'ho pagato 2,79€.
E sono rimasta super sorpresa da questo viola con uno shimmer molto evidente viola-magenta (ovviamente, molto più evidente dal vivo!): ha una durata ottima!
Dopo 8-9 giorni aveva solo le punte un po' consumate! ^u^

Maybelline Express Finish 40" number 869 Exotic Violet.
The retail price (in Italy) is between 7,50 and 9,50€. I paid it 2,79€.
And I am really surprised by this violet nail polish with a lovely purple shimmer (much visible in reality!): it is really long-lasting!
After 8-9 days, it had just a bit of tip wear! ^u^

La boccetta contiene 10mL e ha un pennellino largo - ma non troppo - col quale mi sono trovata molto bene.
Potrebbe essere il fratellino di un pennello O•P•I, solo più "leggero".
Ovviamente, in 40'' si asciuga solo la parte superficiale, ad asciugarsi ben benino sta' un bel po' più di tempo ^^
Beh, pappa time in casa ilmiobeautycase, un abbraccio!

The bottle's size is 10mL and the brush is flat but not too big, which works great for me.
It could be the O•P•I little, "lighter", brother.
Clearly, in 40 seconds, dries just the upper coat, it needs much more time to fully dry. ^^
Well, dinner time for me and a big hug for you!
