Today I want to share with you a perfect bottle for the soon-to-be-Season.

Lui è il MI-NY Chameleon 1 Gold Violet, uno smalto duochrome che vira, come già il nome esplicita da sé, dal viola all'oro (anche se, secondo il mio modesto parere, più che oro si tratta di bronzo). La linea Chameleon è al momento composta da un'altra boccetta, lo smalto Turquoise Blue, che vira dal turchese al blu ed è a dir poco stupenda. Ma veniamo a noi, pronti a una miriade di foto, alla ricerca di ogni riflesso che questo bellissimo smalto produce?

This is MI-NY Chameleon 1 Gold Violet, a duochrome nail polish which glazes from violet to gold (IMHO, it's more a bronze than a gold, anyway) and back. The Chameleon collection has right now another bottle named Turquoise Blue (the name explains it all, doesn't it?) which is more than beautiful. And back to us! Are you ready for tons of photos?

Oggi vi mostro un duochrome che vira dal bronzo al verde, passando per l'oro (in boccetta e all'ombra, al sole ho notato un cambiamento più leggero).

Today I share a duochrome which shifts from bronze to green, through gold (in the bottle and in the shades the shifting is heavier than in the sunlight).

Lui è stato un regalo da parte di mio fratello e della sua metà.
In foto lo vedete in una passata su O·P·I I Saw...You Saw...We Saw...Warsaw, Layla CE 31 Pure Black, due mani di Bronze Changer e su Pupa 408 Tropical Night Violet.

I'm talking about (Look By) Bipa Special Effect n. 10 Bronze Changer.
It was a gift from my bro and his GF.
In the photos below, it is in one coat over O·P·I I Saw...You Saw...We Saw...Warsaw, Layla CE 31 Pure Black, two coats of Bronze Changer and over Pupa 408 Tropical Night Violet.

E' talmente coprente che la differenza non è tanta, ma devo dire che mi piace proprio :)

Terzo lunedì del mese, vi do il benvenuto al penultimo post della nostra Challenge inerente le pietre del mese.
A Novembre parliamo di topazio (versione gialla), ovvero una delle pietre che mi piacciono meno, purtroppo.

Third Monday of the month, today! And this means Birthstone Challenge.
November is Topaz time (the yellow one), so one of my less-favourite stones, sadly.

Per fare ciò, ho tirato fuori dal cassetto il Color Club 868 Wild And Willing, annata 2009, un glass flecked duochrome oro/bronzo. Qui sotto lo potete vedere nel seguente ordine:
-1x su base nera;
-2x su base nera;
-3x;
-1x su base nera.

I've chosen to use my 2009 Color Club 868 Wild And Willing, a glass flecked gold/bronze duochrome. Below you see:
-1x over black base;
-2x over black base;
-3 coats without base colour;
-1x over black base.

Per i nati in agosto, la pietra è il peridoto.
Di cui, personalmente, non sono una grande fan, ma ho lo smalto perfetto.
E no, non si tratta dello Chanel Peridot, ma di un suo più economico (ma discontinuato) fratello.

In August, we have peridot.
Yup, and I am not a huge fan of this kind of stone, but I have the perfect matching lacquer.
And no, it's not Chanel Peridot, but its cheaper (and discontinued) sibling.

Si tratta del Sephora 68 Diving In Malaysia, duochrome bronzo/oro/verde.
Mi sono mai lamentata di quanto i duochrome (quelli scuri, normalmente) mi stiano male? Millemila volte? Va bene, questa è la millemilaunesima volta.

It is Sephora 68 Diving In Malaysia, bronze/gold/green duochrome.
Have I ever complained about how bad I wear duochromes (the darker ones, normally)? Tons of times? Well, this is my tonsandone time.

E' un one coater ma la seconda mano è necessaria per dare profondità al colore.
Ma vediamo cosa hanno in serbo per noi le colleghe, riunite nella board Pinterest qui sotto!

It is a one coater but you're going to need the second coat for colour depht.

Io lo vedo più un beige/marrone/bronzo chiaro ma giudicate voi stessi:

Ecco come si presenta senza base colorate in (da sinistra verso destra) 4 mani, 3, 2 e 1 sola:

Non fa molto spessore e credo che con 4-5 mani sia davvero carino anche da solo! ^^
Ed ecco come si presenta sopra una base bianca, una nera, una rossa (Revlon 680 Revlon Red) e una arancione (Essence Snow White TE 03 Doc):

It's very thin so you might wear it alone in 4-5 coats and it is pretty cute, in my opinion ^^
And here's how it looks over a white base, a black one, a red one (Revlon 680 Revlon Red) and an orange one (Essence Snow White TE 03 Doc):
