Today I'm going to share a true treasure, one from one of the latest ILNP collections.

Ecco a voi ILNP Night Light, dalla collezione della passata primavera.
E' un blu jelly olografico che risplende come una notte stellata.

Here it is, the amazing ILNP Night Light from the latest Spring collection.
It is a blue holographic jelly which shines like a starry night.

Questo signorino ha davvero TANTO amore da parte della sottoscritta, brilla praticamente anche quando non c'è luce, ho deciso di toglierlo dopo 5 giorni visto che lo trovavo troppo distraente, non riuscivo ad evitare di tenere lo sguardo fisso sulle mie unghie.
OK, è ufficiale: sono totalmente innamorata dei miei ILNP, è fra i brand che amo maggiormente in assoluto.
Allora, cosa ne pensate? Vi piace? Possedete qualche ILNP? Magari proprio il Night Light?

I am SO in love with this chap, it shines basically always, even without lights.
I've decided to remove it after 5 days because it was just too distracting, I couldn't avoid watching it over my nails.
OK, it's official: I'm totally in love with ILNP, it's one of my favourite nail brand ever.

Discountinued Day: Make Up For Ever - La Bohème (Spring 2012) Palette

Eh, sì, grazie a Ere e alla ideatrice di questi post, la Gnoma, ora anche io sarò presente fra i post della Discontinued Day.
Se non sapete cosa siano (male!), è una serie di post a cadenza mensile inerenti a prodotti cosmetici discontinued, ovvero non più reperibili nei negozi, sia perché appartenenti a edizioni limitate, sia perché ritirati dall'azienda produttrice.
Volevo iniziare col botto, per cui ecco a voi…

From today, I am part of the Discontinued Days gals, thanks to Ere and to Gnoma, who create this Discontinued Day appointment.
If you don't know what D-Days are, they are monthly posts about cosmetics out of production or now discontinued because of Limited Editions.
So, here's my big start with…

…La Bohème palette di Make Up For Ever per la primavera del 2012.
La scatolina in cartone riciclato con trama ad ispirazione gitana richiudibile, grazie ai magnetici all'interno dei bordi, contiene 6 cialdine di ombretti cotti con polveri minerali e perle.
La confezione è davvero piccina: circa 9x12x1,5cm di lati e cialde da 0,5g l'una.

…La Bohème palette by Make Up For Ever, on sale on Spring 2012.
The recycled paper box with a gipsy pattern closes thanks to magnets inside it.
It has 6 baked eye shadow pans which contains mineral powders and high concentration of pearl.
The box is quite small: more or less 9x12x1,5cm and the pans are of 0,5g/0.017oz. each.

La prima cosa che si nota, è la mancanza sia dello specchio che degli applicatori.
Tutti gli ombretti hanno doppio nome francese/inglese e hanno finish perlato.
Il primo in alto a sinistra è Vert Lagon/Lagoon Green, un celeste con una punta di verde.
Tutti gli swatches sono, da sinistra a destra, applicati: asciutti, asciutti con un primer di base e bagnati.

The first thing I've noticed after the unboxing was that both mirror and applicators were missing.
All these eyeshadows have both french and english names and have a pearly finish.
The first on the first row and on the left is called Vert Lagon/Lagoon Green, a very bright light blue with a hint of green in it.
All these swatches are, L-R, applied with a dry sponge, with a dry sponge over a primer and with a wet sponge applicator.

Quello in alto centrale è un verde erba che, applicato bagnato, sembra metallizzato.
Il nome? Vert Nature/Vegetal Green.

The one in the middle on the upper row is a green which became almost metallic once the applicator sponge is soaked.
The name? Vert Nature/Vegetal Green

L'ultimo della prima riga è perfetto come illuminante in quanto è beige leggermente perlato.
Pronti alla fantasia utilizzata per trovare il nome? Beige.

The next is a perfect slightly-pearly beige highlighter.
The name? Beige. How brilliant!

E arriviamo al fiore, il viola.
Questo è un punto di viola davvero particolare ma molto utilizzabile.
Lui è Violet Parme/Parma Purple.

And now, the flowers: the purple one.
This is very peculiar but nevertheless very usable.
It is called Violet Parme/Parma Purple.

Ora, forse sapete quanto io ami il marrone.
"Per niente" è molto simile alla realtà.
Ora potete capire perché questa è l'unica cialda pressoché integra, credo di averlo usato davvero 5 volte al massimo.
Ma sto incominciando a rivalutare questo colore, sotto forma di ombretto (grazie, Urban Decay!).
Per di più, l'originalissimo Marron/Brown ha un riflesso favoloso, da bagnato.

Now, you might know how much I do love brown colour.
"Nothing" is pretty close.
Now you can understand why this pan is almost new, I think I've used it max 5 times.
But I am starting to appreciate this shade, when it is used as an eye shadow (thanks, Urban Decay!).
And this, Marron/Brown, has a gorgeous, gorgeous finish, when used wet.

Ultimo ma non meno importante, uno dei miei ombretti preferiti di sempre.
Lui è Coral e, nonostante il nome, è un pesca chiaro.

Last but not least, one of my favourite eye shadows ever.
It is Coral. It's a light peachy colour, though.

La durata è ottima sia da asciutti che da bagnati, se utilizzati sopra a un primer.
Da bagnati senza primer hanno una durata leggermente inferiore.
Asciutti e senza primer durano ma non in maniera eccelsa, diciamo un 4 ore prima di scemare come intensità del colore.
La domanda è: esistono ancora donne che non utilizzano il primer?
Cosa ne dite?
Come utilizzereste questi ombretti?
In che combinazioni?
Non dimenticate di vedere quali reliquie hanno deciso di condividere con noi le altre ragazze, nella board qui sotto!

The lasting time is very good with both wet and dry shadows when applied over a primer.
Wet and without primer is a nice combination too.
Dry and without primer is not the best combination ever, let's say 4 hours before the fading of the colour.
The question is: do ladies avoid the primer, nowadays?

And, last but not least, here's a brief comparison between Kelly Green and Zoya Wednesday (yup, the perfect day to do this, LOL).
The Zoya one is on the ring finger nail and, as you can see, they're pretty much different:

Per cui, in conclusione, se avete lo Zoya ma non il Pupa, beh, forse, se lo trovate ancora, è il caso di portarlo a casa ahah!

Holoton - Color Club Worth The Risque (850)

Forse saprete che, dopo la serie di The Rainbow Ladies, è stato dato vita alla serie Duochrome, alla quale non ho partecipato per mera mancanza di materia prima (avevo pochissimi duochrome da postare, all'epoca... per cui, al posto di fare tre post e basta ho saltato, con molto dispiacere, il tutto).
Ma rieccoci quiiiii :D E... "we're here to stay!", per lo meno per 14 appuntamenti olografici, ogni venerdì ^^

Here we are with a new twinsie posts series ^^
You might know that after The Rainbow Ladies' twinsie posts there was a Duochrome twinsie posts series. 
I didn't take part to the Duochrome thing because I didn't have much duochromes for that (I had 3 at that time and sadly I decided not to join the lovely ladies).
But... here we are :D 
And... "we're here to stay!", at least for 14 holo posts, every Friday ^^
My pick for the first post?

Color Club Worth The Risque (850), appartenente alla collezione primaverile del 2009, Femme Fatale.
Fino all'ultimo, avevo inserito uno smalto diverso ma mooolto simile per quest'oggi, ma, quando mi sono trovata davanti un cestone con smalti a 3€ fra cui questo, ho deciso di portarmelo all'istante a casa (e vi dico che con le non-luci del negozio, pensavo fosse un foil, non avevo nemmeno guardato il nome!), assieme ad alcuni suoi fratelli (11) ahah.
Sorpresona, una volta sotto le luci: holo powah XD

Color Club Worth The Risque (850), from the 2009 spring collection Femme Fatale.
I was going to post another nail polish but last Monday I found in front of me a bucket full of 3€ nail polishes and I found some (12) Color Clubs (they are not sold in Italy any more).
And I brought them home!
At first sight I didn't realize this was a holo, in the darkness of that shop but when I got it home...

Che dire? Adoro adoro ADORO! :D
Ok, non ha il maggior potere olografico del reame ma è stupendo, quasi etereo.
Lo vedrete "presto" in una comparazione con altri olografici argentati che ho, aspettavo di pubblicare l'ultimo per fare una comparazione dove sono tutti insieme ^^
Oh, non dimenticate di visitare le colleghe, qui sotto, eh! :D

What else can I say? Love it love it LOVE IT! :D
Well, it is not the greatest power effect of the world but it is amazing, it seems to be ethereal.

Essence OZ The Great And Powerful: ombretti e fard / eyeshadows and blush

Oggi si torna al make up, pazzesco, eh?
A dire il vero, avrei parecchi articoli makeupposi da postare, ancora dal vecchio 2012!
Ma la passione per gli smalti si è talmente ingigantita da spodestare tutto il resto...
Uno dei miei buoni propositi per questo 2013 è proprio quello di parlare un pochino più di make-up qui, nel mio piccolo angolo di rete ^^
E oggi sono qui per condividere uno degli ultimi bottini ^^

Today I am back to make up, insane, uh?
I do have a lot of make up post to write but my nail polish love has prevailed XD
But, come on, I am here, with a make up post! XD

Esatto, si tratta proprio dei tre ombretti e del blush/fard della collezione primaverile essence, dedicata all'uscita del film Disney, Oz The Great And Powerful.
Gli ombretti sono cialdine da 2,5g dal finish shimmer con microglitter nelle tre colorazioni:
01 - Goodness, 02 - Kindness e 03 - Generosity.
Il fard in crema, nella confezione con pompetta, è uscito in una colorazione unica:
01 - Beware The Wicked Witch.

Yay, the three eyeshadows and the cream blush from essence, made to celebrate the new Disney movie, Oz The Great And Powerful.
The shadows' weight is 2,5g (0.08 OZ.) each one and come in three colours:
01 - Goodness, 02 - Kindness and 03 - Generosity.
The cream blush is not the "regular" in pot but it has a dispenser!
It comes in one colour: 01 - Beware The Wicked Witch.

01 - Goodness è un verde chiaro (che, steso, sembra quasi azzurrino!).
Tutte le immagini degli swatch in questo post sono state inserite prima in ombra e poi al sole e, nelle immagini degli ombretti, come indicato, trovate sia il nome dell'ombretto che, a sinistra, lo swatch su primer e, a destra, senza primer.

01 - Goodness is a light green (it seems light blue to me!).
The swatch pictures in this post are: the first in the shade and the second under the sun light.
In the eyeshadows swatch pictures you can find the eye shadow's name and, on the left, the swatch over a primer and, on the right, without primer.

02 - Kindness, un bellissimo azzurro confetto.

03 - Generosity è un pesca stupendo :)
Un colore ne' troppo caldo ne' troppo freddo, secondo me molto più utilizzabile di quanto si potrebbe pensare a prima vista!
Notare che il sito essence lo descrive rosso (???)!

Ora passiamo alle mie impressioni...
Premetto che li ho testati una giornata, per cui le mie sono primissime impressioni!
E che sono i miei primi ombretti essence, per cui non posso paragonarveli ad altri precedentemente acquistati ^^
Beh, MI PIACCIONO MOLTO! ^^
Non avrei mai pensato, ma hanno una buona scrivenza e pigmentazione, mi sono trovata molto bene anche senza utilizzare il primer (mi sono durati davvero tanto, circa 12 ore, prima di struccarmi per mia volontà).
Li ho usati in combo, quindi li ho provati tutti e tre insieme ^^
Unica pecca, il packaging, un po' troppo plasticosi e, in tutte e tre le mie confezioni, la cialdina si muove! O.ò
Ma passiamo al fard!

03 - Generosity is a beautiful peach eyeshadow :)
It's not too warm nor too cool, much usable then what you might think at first sight!
(Essence site describes it as "red"[???]!)

But what is my thought?
I have to say, these are my first impressions because I tested them just one day and they are my very first essence eyeshadows!
Well, I REALLY LIKE THEM! ^^
They have a good pigmentation and work well also without primer (12 hours before I decided to remove them).
Just a con: the packaging is a bit too "plastic" and, in all my packaging, the pod moves! O.ò
But let's take a look at the cream blush!

Ok, nella prima foto vi ho montato anche il mio dito dopo il lavaggio con struccante e anche con acqua e sapone...
Infatti, questo fard in crema, che vedete normale e steso, è proprio una tinta.
Insomma, macchia la pelle, per truccare!
Non so se sia una cosa sana ma devo dire che mi sono trovata davvero bene (di certo non se ne va facilmente!), con la doccia calda va via molto facilmente (ma anche con dello struccante).
Ero tanto curiosa di provarlo e, per ora, mi piace parecchio ^^
Ero curiosa anche per quanto riguarda le matite occhi ma, visto che le uso poco, ho deciso di lasciarle in negozio ^^
Voi avete preso qualcosa di questa TE? Un bacissimo!

Well, in the first picture I put also mi finger, after I washed it and used a make up remover on it...
This cream blush stains the skin, instead of make a coat over it!
I do not know how healthy it is but I am really liking it ^^
I was really curious and I am glad I bought it!
I was buying also the eye pencils but then I decided to leave them in the shop (I usually don't use much pencils, I prefer eye liners)! ^^

Estée Lauder Pretty Naughty Palette (Spring 2013)

Una decina di giorni fa ho trovato nella mia profumeria preferita la nuovissima collezione Pretty Naughty di Estee Lauder, di cui vi riporto uno screenshot dal sito americano (in quello italiano non risulta ancora) ^^

A couple of weeks ago, I found the newest collection by Estee Lauder, called Pretty Naughty!

Ed ecco il mio acquisto: la palette da 5 colori numero 30, chiamata Pretty Naughty, appunto ^^

And here's my pick: the 5 colours palette num.30, Pretty Naughty ^^

Cinque colori super primaverili tutti mieiiiii <3
E due doppi applicatori, uno con una spugnetta normale e una più sottile e l'altro con una spugnetta normale più un pennellino (ADORO quest'ultima scelta!) ^^
Girando la palette, trovate un adesivo dorato con indicati i finish degli ombretti:

Five spring colours just for meeee <3
You find two double ended applicators, one with a classic and a smaller sponge applicator and the other one with a normal sponge applicator and a little brush (I LOVE this choice!) ^^
On the back of the palette you'll find a golden adhesive on which there are the eyeshadows' finishes:

Dal numero 1 al 4 sono satinati, mentre il quinto, quello centrale, è metallizzato.

As you can see, the nn. 1-4 have a satin finish and the central eyeshadow is metallic.

Il numero 1 è un rosa pallidissimo (satin) che uso sempre sull'arcata sopraccigliare, in quanto diventa quasi trasparente, sulla mia pelle ^^
Ecco, è il mio colore "naked" XD
[N.B.: tutti gli swatch in questo post sono con (destra) e senza (sinistra) primer]

The number one is a pale (satin) pink which I always use on the superciliary arches because it's my  "naked" colour ^^
[N.B.: all the swatches in this post are with (right) and without (left) primer]

Luce dei miei occhi, il numero 2 è un azzurro pastello (loro dicono satin, secondo me è più matte), non ho nulla da aggiungere se non un "guardate che bello!" :D

Apple of my eye, the number 2 is a pastel light blue (they say it's satin, IMHO it is matte) on which I have nothing to say beside "look how gorgeous it is!" :D

Ora è il turno del numero tre, un bronzo chiaro decisamente satin ^^
Dei 5 è quello che uso di meno e, vi dirò, è l'unico che non ho ben capito perché l'hanno inserito in tale palette ^^
Ci sta come i cavoli a merenda, dal mio punto di vista ^u^"

And now, number 3. 
It's a satin pale bronze eyeshadow ^^
Out of the 5, this colour is the one I used less and, I have to say, I didn't understand completely why it is in this palette, I think it doesn't work too well with the other colours ^u^"

Il numero 4 è il mio preferito, assieme all'azzurro ^^
Guardatelo!
E' un ombretto satin color lavanda, colore del quale non ho doppioni nella mia collezione di trucchi ^^

The number 4 is, along with the light blue one, my favorite eyeshadow in this palette ^^
Just look at it!
It's a satin lavender eyeshadow ^^
In my make up collection, I think it's a unique colour ^^

Ultimo ma non meno importante, il numero 5, un bel nero carbone con glitter argento.

Last but not least, number 5.
It is a cute carbon black with silver microglitters in it.

Da quando ho portato a casa questa palette, sto usando solo e unicamente lei, sempre con la stessa combinazione di colori (1, 2 e 4), con una riga di eyeliner (dello stesso colore dell'ombretto numero 5) e una dose massiccia di mascara (ne ho trovato uno col quale mi trovo ancora meglio che con il Faux Cils di YSL!!!) ^^

Since its coming home, I used this palette with the same look every day (the eyeshadows number 1, 2 and 4), a thin line of eyeliner (which colour is the same of the 5th eyeshadow) and a huge amount of mascara (I found a mascara which I love more than the Faux Cils by YSL!!!) ^^

Questi sono gli articoli che vanno a comporre la collezione: un fard, una matita azzurra e nera (che mi ha tentato tantissimo ma alla quale non sono ancora ceduta), la palette, 4 rossetti e uno smalto che sembra lilla, in realtà è una sorta di via di mezzo fra il lilla e il fango... diciamo che non mi è piaciuto molto ^u^"
In generale, devo dire che questa palette mi piace tantissimo, tanto da far tornare il mio
VOTO GENERALE: 5/5
Eh, sì. Dura bene, mi piace un sacco la qualità (non dimentichiamoci che EL è "mamma" anche di MAC). L'unica "pecca" potrebbe essere il fatto che mi ricorda tantissimo la mia amata n.13 di YSL, della scorsa primavera (cambia il finish e il fatto che la mia ha i buchi XD).
Voi avete qualche collezione primaverile che vi attrae?

These are the other items in this collection: a blush, a double ended eye pencil, this palette, 4 lipsticks and a nail polish which seems to be lilac but it isn't: it's some sort of "in the middle" version between lilac and mud... I have to say, I don't like it so much ^u^"
I really like the palette, and If I had to give a score to it, it would be an A.
Yup. Long lasting, I really love the quality (don't forget that EL is MAC's "mom").
I could just say something about a bit lacking of imagination because it reminds me my beloved n.13 by YSL, from last spring collection (beside the finish and that my own has holes in it XD).
