This month's gem is emerald. My month gem, since my b-day will be on Wednesday *yeee*.

Lui è il Kiko 441 Illusion Green appartenente alla Digital Emotion, un jelly verde con glitter e pagliuzze olografiche.

This is Kiko 441 Illusion Green out of the Digital Emotion L.E., a green jelly polish with holographic glitters and tiny bars.

Per tutti i commenti inerenti allo smalto vi rimando al fratello Electron Blue, sono l'uno sulla falsariga dell'altro!

Revlon Parfumerie 040 Wintermint

Oggi voglio mostrarvi una delle boccette della linea Parfumerie di Revlon.

Good evening!
Today I want to show you one of the latest Revlon Parfumerie nail enamels.

Ovvero il numero 040, Wintermint, a mio modesto parere il più bello e particolare di questa linea profumata.
E' un foil verde chiaro con micro glitter dorati e glitterozzi blu. Credo possa essere dupe dello stupendo e famosissimo Deborah Lippmann Mermaid's Dream.
Attenzione, millemila foto in arrivo!

This is 040 Wintermint which is, IMHO, the most beauty and peculiar along this new scented collection.
It is a light green foam with gilded micro glitters and blue glitters. I think this might be dupe of the super famous and gorgeous Deborah Lippmann Mermaid's Dream.

Per quanto la boccetta che ne ricorda una di profumo sia deliziosa, quel tappo tondo e il corto pennello piccino non rendono facilissima l'applicazione. E' perfetto in due passate ma ne consiglio tre, tanto asciuga rapidamente. La durata è ottima, dopo 10 giorni era ancora perfetto!
Per quanto riguarda la profumazione, tipicità di questa linea, ha un odore di menta molto gradevole. Peccato che rispetto ai suoi cugini della linea Fizz e, più specificatamente, rispetto al Mint Fizz ha una durata decisamente inferiore, al terzo giorno la menta era solo un mero ricordo.
Ma super approvo la qualità!

The bottle shaped like a perfume-bottle is super cute and lovely but it, alongside the rounded cap and the tiny short brush, doesn't make the application super easy. It's perfect within two coats but I recommend three of them (luckily it dries quickly). Amazing lasting, 10 days and it still was perfect!
The scent, typic thing of this collection, is mint-like. And sooo lovely to smell.
Sadly it doesn't last as much as Revlon other collection, the Fizz one and, more specifically, Mint Fizz. On the third day the scent will be just a memory.
But it is *Ky*-approved for its quality!

Ho puntato tutto sull'O·P·I I Saw...U Saw...We Saw...Warsaw (NL E81), appartenente alla collezione Euro Centrale.
Ovviamente, ovviamentissimamente, le foto non sono colour accurated.
Cioè, sono abbastanza simili ma non è esattamente questo, il colore.
In realtà, ha una puntina di teal, dentro. Ma vabbé, chiudete un occhio (o anche tutti e due)!

Clearly and obviously the photos are not colour-accurated.
Well, similar but not the same.
IRL, it has a hue of teal. So sorry about that! 

Lui è uno stupendo one coater, ma in foto vedete due mani per uniformare.
Asciugatura rapida e applicazione da sogno.
Approvato!

Questo è lo stupendo 372, grigio topo con shimmer azzurro.
Adoro il grigio, adoro l'azzurro... amo questo smalto!

This is the gorgeous 372, a mouse grey nail polish with light blue shimmer.
I love grey, I love blue... I LOVE this bottle!

Sì, se ve lo steste chiedendo è strettamente correlato sia al 361 che al 368, tutti appartenenti alla collezione estiva 2013 (di questa collezione, con questo finish, mi manca solo la variante rossa).

Parlo del Pupa Sugar Candy 01 Lilac, appartenente all'edizione limitata Sugar Candy.
Sul mio profilo instagram ho postato un'anteprima, un mesetto fa, assieme agli altri acquisti (per ora) della collezione.
Ma diamogli un'occhiata più da vicino...

I'm talking about Pupa Sugar Candy 01 Lilac, out of the Sugar Candy L.E..
On my instagram profile, a month ago I posted a photo with a sneak peek of it and my other (as today's) nail polishes out of this L.E..
But let's take a closer look...

E ora la parte noiosa, i dettagli: lo smalto asciuga liscio, non ha un effetto 3D dato dai glitter (=rimozione "dolorosa"), per cui non è un texture/sand/sugar ecc, è un colore che si modula di passata in passata, è piuttosto sheer (3 mani in foto... e non mi è andata male); per le amanti dei pennelli a lingua di gatto, yuhuu per voi, buhuu per noi.
La durata è molto buona ma ha un prezzo piuttosto alto: è, assieme al resto della collezione, lo smalto che asciuga in maggior tempo di tutti i miei Pupa, forse di quasi tutti i miei cassetti.
Beh, che ne pensate?
Ci avete fatto un pensierino?
E' già con voi?

And now, the boring time, details: it dries smooth, no 3D glitter effect (="painful" removing) nor texture/sand/sugar etc finish; it is very sheer, almost a buildable colour (3 coats in photos and could have gone worse); wide rounded brush.
The lasting is quite remarkable but it comes with a price: this nail polish and its L.E. has a huge drying time, a century, more or less. It is maybe my longest drying time Pupa or maybe nail polish at all.

[The Rainbow Ladies 2.0] Teal - Sally Hansen 674 Jungle Gem

Un nuovo venerdì ci è già piombato addosso.
Sì, sì, qui vi sta aspettando l'appuntamento delle fanciulle dell'arcobaleno nella versione aggiornata.
E questo è uno degli appuntamenti nuovi, quello colorato di teal, alias foglia di te.
Al posto del sempreverde teal, io ho optato per la variante blu del teal.

Friday, again (so soon for me, this time).
Yeah, yeah, a new Rainbow Ladies 2.0 post is here for you.
And today we have an updated colour: teal.
But I didn't go to the classic greenish teal, I've chosen the teal blue shade.

E per far ciò, ho tirato fuori dai cassetti uno dei miei preferiti fra gli ultimi acquisti, il Sally Hansen 674 Jungle Gem, crema perfetta in una mano, ma potete ammirarlo in due, nelle foto.

This is Sally Hansen 674 Jungle Gem, one of my favourite out of the latest bottles bought.
It is a one coater creme. In pictures you're going to see two coats, though.

Questo smalto asciuga alla velocità della luce e, nonostante il pennello di questi SH sia a lingua di gatto, l'applicazione è stata ottimale. Ma aggiungo che ho il letto ungueale abbastanza largo, una persona con le unghie più strette non so quanto possa effettivamente trovarcisi.
Beh, per me è stato amore! Anche perché mi è durato tranquillo tranquillo 5 giorni prima di tipwear.
Ma vediamo cos'hanno tirato fuori dalle loro collezioni le mie fantastiche colleghe, qui sotto!

Super fast drying and lovely application. But the brush is the rounded-wide type and my nails are large, I don't know if a gal with narrow ones would love it. But I do!
Also because this lacquer was perfect after 5 days.

Discontinued Days: Kiko 440 Electron Blue

Una volta al mese, eccoci puntuali con l'appuntamento con il mondo cosmetico discontinuato.
Per quest'oggi, non sono andata particolarmente indietro nel tempo, ho scelto uno smalto appartenente a una edizione limitata per l'ultimo Natale.

Once a month, here's our Discontinued Day!
For today's post, I didn't went back much in time, here it is a nail polish from a Christmas 2013 Limited Edition.

Mi riferisco alla Digital Emotion e, più nello specifico, al 440, Electron Blue.
Base blu jelly con glitter olografici.

I'm talking about Kiko Digital Emotion L.E. and its lacquer number 440, Electron Blue.
It's a blue jelly full of holo glitters.

A causa del finish, in foto vedete 3 strati (sottili) e, nonostante ciò, si continua a intravedere il margine distale dell'unghia. Anche se, dal vivo, si notava meno.
Asciugatura molto molto veloce e, se non utilizzate il metodo della stagnola, eliminarlo potrebbe non essere molto semplice.
Ma vi lascio alle colleghe, guardiamo insieme quali piccoli tesori ci propongono quest'oggi.

3 (thin) coats because of the finish. IRL, the white distal part of the nail wasn't that visible, though.
Super quick drying time but it could take days to remove, LOL.

Oggi è il turno del verde, vediamo cos'ho deciso di proporvi.

Here we are again, with The Rainbow Ladies' posts.
Today's colour is green, here's what I've chosen.

Depend 361, giusto per fare un salto in Svezia, è un verde primavera con, in boccetta, uno shimmer che varia dall'azzurro al rosa. In realtà, una volta steso, lo shimmer mi sembra più una via di mezzo fra un verde e un blu.

Let's pay a visit to Sweden with this Depend 361, a spring green with, in the bottle, a pink/blue shimmer. Once on the nails, IMHO, the shimmer is more like green-blueish.

In realtà, il margine distale non si nota così tanto, risulta più coprente, lo smalto.
Ma vediamo insieme cosa hanno deciso di proporre le colleghe di smalto, qui sotto!
